StealthVM is a VPS and dedicated server host for buyers who want a fast, email-only signup and broad crypto support, but it may still ask for ID or hold a payment mid-order, so it is not a guaranteed no-ID host. Its terms say that in rare cases it may flag a payment, typically where funds appear to have passed through a sanctioned or high-risk source, and hold it pending its own checks, which can include a request for identification. ID is not part of signup, but it can come up during a transaction.
StealthVM asks only for an email address at signup, with no phone number, selfie or proof of address. Monero is accepted, which is the meaningful option for private payment. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay tie an order to a real identity. Crypto is processed by Heleket, which has its own AML obligations, so a second party's rules also apply. The provider makes no no-logs claim. Its dashboard analytics link server deploys, including payment method and amount, to the account ID and username, and billing records are kept for at least six years.
StealthVM runs servers in Stockholm, London and the Netherlands, priced in euros, from small VPS plans up to large dedicated machines. Management goes through an in-house dashboard with a REST API and CLI. Custom ISO booting works on VPS, while Windows is unavailable on plans under 4 GB RAM. DDoS mitigation is included at no extra fee, VPS plans get a 10 Gbps fair-use uplink, and provisioning is automated at about a minute. IPv6 is not yet offered, though each VPS gets a dedicated IPv4.
StealthVM's homepage claims DMCA notices are ignored because of Swedish jurisdiction, yet the company's own jurisdiction is the United Kingdom. Its actual practice is milder: copyright notices are forwarded to the customer rather than causing termination on a speculative complaint. Customer data is disclosed only under a valid court order from the affected region's jurisdiction. Tor relays and bridges are allowed, and exit nodes need a conversation first. Mail servers are welcome, though port 25 is not addressed. Refunds cover card payments within three days only, so crypto orders are final.
StealthVM makes sense for technical users who value API tooling, quick deployment and a Monero option, and who can live with an unlikely but possible ID request. Anyone whose privacy depends on minimal records or on the advertised DMCA stance should be cautious, since payment details are tied to accounts, billing data is kept for years, and the Swedish-jurisdiction claim conflicts with the UK registration.
