ServerExpress is a UK-based VPS and dedicated server host with infrastructure in the United Kingdom, Sweden and the Netherlands, and it fits buyers who need Tor-friendly machines with DDoS filtering built in. Its terms link ID checks to money coming back: any refund is released only after the customer completes its Know-Your-Customer verification to the provider's satisfaction. The site also states plainly that paying in crypto does not make an account anonymous.
ServerExpress registers every account with a name, an email address and a billing address, and that applies to crypto buyers too. Monero is accepted alongside Bitcoin, stablecoins, card and bank transfer, which keeps the payment itself harder to trace, but the account details still identify the customer. Prices are in pounds sterling, and customers in comprehensively sanctioned countries such as Russia and Belarus cannot order. Two data points deserve attention: support-ticket content is sent to Anthropic to assist staff, with an opt-out by email, and network NetFlow summaries are kept on a 90-day rolling window.
ServerExpress sells VPS and dedicated servers through an in-house control panel rather than WHMCS, with reinstall, rescue boot and ISO mounting available from the dashboard. The Starter VPS runs Linux only, while larger plans add Windows. Each VPS includes one IPv4 address and a /48 IPv6 block, a 10 Gbit port under fair use, and always-on L3 to L7 DDoS filtering. VPS instances go live in minutes and bare metal usually ships within the hour. The provider advertises a 99.95% monthly network uptime commitment.
ServerExpress explicitly permits Tor exits, relays and bridges. It says it is not a DMCA designated agent and handles complaints under the law of the hosting country; for UK-hosted content, substantiated copyright notices are forwarded within 24 hours and the resource is suspended if not fixed within 48. Outbound port 25 may be closed if a spam complaint goes unaddressed for 48 hours. Refunds are not issued once a service is delivered, and crypto refunds come back as account credit, which makes the ID requirement attached to refunds feel heavier than the money involved. The provider says it pushes back on overbroad authority requests and notifies customers where lawful.
ServerExpress makes sense for Tor operators and anyone who values included DDoS filtering and generous IPv6 more than anonymity. Buyers who need an account that cannot be tied to them should go to a different host: the provider asks for identity details up front, keeps traffic summaries, shares ticket content with a third party and wants ID before any refund.
