RDP is a German-based seller of Windows remote desktop servers, VPS and storage plans, built for buyers who want a Windows or Linux machine running quickly and prefer paying in crypto. Nothing on its site mentions ID checks, either at signup or later. That is silence rather than a promise: the terms do not rule out verification, they simply never address it.
RDP's own documents disagree about what signup involves. The FAQ says an email address is enough, but the privacy policy says a full name and email are collected when an account is created, and every order requires a truthful country of residence for VAT. Registration also passes through Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes IP and browser data. Card payments go via DebloMassi, a US processor that sends the checkout name and email back to the provider. Monero is the option that keeps the payment itself private, with Bitcoin and stablecoins as less private alternatives.
RDP offers servers in the Netherlands, Poland, the United States, Romania, Hong Kong and France, from small single-gigabyte machines up to larger builds. Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025 sit alongside several Linux distributions, reinstallable from a web dashboard that also exposes a REST API. Every server includes Layer 4 DDoS filtering through Corero and an unmetered 1 Gbps port, and deployment is advertised as taking under five minutes. The advertised uptime SLA is 99.59%, and the provider makes no backups, leaving that entirely to the customer.
RDP explicitly permits Tor relays and exit nodes on Linux VPS plans, as long as a ticket is opened first. IRC servers, bots and port scanning are banned, and copyrighted material may not be hosted without the owner's consent. The provider states that it cooperates with law enforcement and will report serious violations to authorities. Refunds apply only if provisioning takes longer than 24 hours and the service is unused; consumers also get a 14-day withdrawal right, minus compensation for service already delivered. Unpaid servers are deleted two days after suspension, so a missed renewal can cost data quickly.
RDP makes sense for anyone needing a fast Windows desktop or a Tor relay in a choice of regions, paid with Monero. Its contradictory signup claims, stated willingness to work with authorities and lack of backups make it a risky home for anything that depends on staying anonymous or on data surviving a billing lapse.
