Our verdict

Servers Guru is a host for people who need VPS or dedicated servers across Europe, North America and Asia without handing over identity documents, and its terms promise it will never ask for ID. Its terms say a name is optional, need not be accurate, and will never be verified. That is a written commitment rather than a loose promise.

Servers Guru asks only for an email address at registration. Payment is where privacy can slip. Card and PayPal are offered, but the provider itself warns that a card exposes the holder's identity and steers buyers toward crypto, Monero in particular. Monero keeps the payment trail as private as the account. One catch is that wallet credit cannot be converted back into crypto or any other currency, so overfunding the balance locks the money in.

Servers Guru sells VPS and dedicated servers, from small 2 GB instances up to very large machines, priced in euros. Locations include Montreal, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Falkenstein, Singapore and the United States. VPS plans include DDoS protection, a 1 Gbps port with 20 TB outbound and unmetered inbound traffic, and deployment within minutes. Custom ISOs can be mounted from the panel, which opens the door to unusual operating systems. Dedicated servers get a /64 IPv6 block, and both the website and the panel run as Tor onion services.

Servers Guru states plainly that it is not a bulletproof host. Customers are subject to the DMCA, notices are processed within 21 days and can end in termination, and content illegal under US or German law is banned. Refunds apply only when a fault stems from the provider's own negligence. Backups of services that lapse for non-renewal are deleted. Crypto mining is allowed on regular and unmetered VPS but not on ARM VPS.

Servers Guru makes most sense for buyers whose priority is an anonymous account paid in Monero and managed over Tor, with a wide spread of locations. It offers little to anyone expecting takedown resistance: the DMCA process and the US and German legal standard mean copyright complaints will be acted on. Jurisdiction and logging practices are not disclosed, and the privacy policy says only that user data is not sent or sold to anyone.
